BRAMPTON, Ont. - The Western Mustangs cheerleading dynasty continued its dominance in Canada, winning its 24th national title in 25 years on Dec. 5-6 at the Powerade Centre in Brampton, Ont.
"To put it in perspective, a solid win would be to have a 10 or 20 point lead over another team," said coach David-Lee Tracey. "We ended up 113 points ahead of second place Queen's."

Western posted the highest score overall at the event and competes at the highest level of competition, the elite L-6 Collegiate Large Co-ed Division.
Tracey also coaches the Fanshawe College team which won their division, 244 points ahead of second place College Andre Grasset from Montreal.
