CALGARY – Western Mustangs defenceman
Katelyn Gosling has once again been recognized on the national stage, as she was named a CIS First Team All-Canadian on Wednesday night at the Sun Life Financial All-Canadian Banquet.
It's the third time that Gosling has been named to the national all-star team, earning a spot on the second team in 2014-15 and the first team in 2012-13.
This season she led all OUA defencemen in scoring with 18 points, recording four goals and 14 assists. The London native also anchored a Mustangs defence corps that was one of the tops in the nation, allowing only 1.51 goals per game, the third lowest average in the CIS.
